There is one, and I'll say it openly: I can only introduce you to candidates who fit your apartment and are currently registered with me. If no one fits right now, I'll tell you honestly – which costs you nothing beyond a short message. A classic full marketing package (listing brochure, advertisements) isn't included in this free model.
Every registered tenant prospect has a SCHUFA credit report, proof of income for the last three months, certificate of no rent arrears and a self-disclosure form on file. You only receive candidates with complete documentation.
