In concrete terms, that means: I don't belong to any corporate group or franchise system – I represent your interests exclusively. My name is Jeannette Bottlang – I run the company personally and handle every mandate myself, from the first conversation to the handover of the keys.
My focus is on the sale of residential property with sustainable value growth – the best quality in terms of location and building substance. My clients include private buyers and sellers, private investors and institutional investors.
As a graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kauffrau), I bring solid business expertise to every transaction. And because good decisions need good advisors, I work with an established network of financing experts, lawyers, tax advisors, surveyors and architects. I also support international clients with relocation and getting settled locally – in German, English and Russian.
