2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit the site, Netlify collects technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) in what are known as server log files. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website). [Details from the generator to be inserted, including reference to standard contractual clauses.]

3. Contact form and getting in touch

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, your details (name, email address, phone number, message content) are stored to process your enquiry. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Web fonts (Google Fonts)

[IMPORTANT: This website currently loads the "Inter" typeface from Google's servers. From a data-protection standpoint it is cleaner to host the font locally – this should be changed before going live. This section can then be removed.]

5. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

6. Retention period

[To be inserted from the generator: general information on retention periods and statutory retention obligations, in particular under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG) for real estate agents.]

7. Obligations under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG)

As a real estate agent, we are an obliged entity under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act. In the context of brokerage transactions, we therefore collect and store legally required identification data of our clients (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the GwG).
